Thinking of Buying?
I understand the relationship between homebuyers and Agents must be based on trust, mutual goals and understanding–this is why I always keep your interests first and foremost. The real estate process requires negotiation of complex issues; I am committed to working in your best interests.
The first question all buyers have, “Where do I start?”
Talk to your lender or mortgage broker! Before you go shopping know what you can afford to spend. There is nothing worse than falling in love with a home only to be told it isn’t in your budget. Ask me for a referral to a reputable mortgage broker. They will search for the best rate and terms on your behalf and may even get a better rate from your own lender than you are able to get. The best part is their services are free to you.
Create your needs vs. wants list. Think about number of bedrooms and bathrooms, location, schools, layout, yard, length of time you want to own the home, storage, garage….Then prioritize the list, so you can get a clear sense of your needs.
Start the search. Give me a call or drop me an email and I will help educate you on the market, so you know what is attainable. Then, I will start a search for you to meet all your needs within your budget. When the dream home comes available you will be prepared to act on it.
